Great things are happening in downtown San Jose!
Google’s Downtown West project is well on its way to receiving city approvals by this spring, according to San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo.
The tech giant’s massive real estate development project is being planned near the Diridon Station and will contribute nearly 7.3 million square feet of office space and up to 5,900 residential units, per the Silicon Valley Business Journal. A draft version of the development agreement is expected to be released soon.
Urban Catalyst is thrilled to be among the top players helping to make our community a better place to live, work and visit! Several of our own projects will be just yards away from the Downtown West project, and we look forward to having our new neighbors!
Don’t miss out! If you had a capital gains event in 2020 (and on or after October 4, 2019), you have until March 31, 2021, to invest those gains into an Opportunity Zone Fund like Urban Catalyst.
