Community Spotlight: Children's Musical Theater

At Urban Catalyst we are passionate about San Jose, and all the non-profits that serve the area and the community. In this video we spotlight Children’s Musical Theater, and the Artistic Director Kevin Haugue. Kevin gives a background on how they work in the lives of children through creating musical productions. The time and work that is put into each production teaches children the importance of working together towards a common goal, and once they are finished they can feel a sense of pride knowing how hard they worked for their accomplishment. They train the youth to not only become great artists but great leaders and citizens in our community. Bringing core values to young artists while providing the public with exceptional productions, is what makes CMT such a gem in our community.

Erik Hayden

Responsible for developing more than $3.5 billion in real estate projects, including over 2,300 residential units in the California Bay Area, Mr. Hayden has experience in acquisition, contract negotiation, due diligence, risk assessment, financing, construction, and disposition of multifamily, single family and large mixed-use and master planned developments.
